Been working out there for just over a month. It has a great mix of exercises as well as classes. The instructors make the work out tough but enjoyable. The people in the classes make you feel right at home. Trust me it is worth a visit

MKA one of the best places to teach your child how to be respectful and kind to others! A place where you make friends for life! My son loves going and he just loves the young men that assist in teaching which show good examples to our young children and they have a great time learning how to release the powerful energy of a 4 year old!
